Plant Based Meal Plan
Our vegetarian meal plan is a 5 Day Per Week, Lunch and Dinner only plan at this time. Each meal has on average, 3 ounces of vegetables, 3 ounces of starch and 3 ounces of plantbased protein.
Our current menu has over one hundred total items, meaning a different lunch and dinner every day for 10 weeks before the menu repeats.
We currently have 20 Menus, with between 6 and 4 meals per menu, but you will receive 10 meals per week from 2 menus (5 lunches and 5 dinners).
