Testimonials

I will recommend this company to everyone

My boyfriend and I have been using Gym Rat Foods for a couple months now and have nothing but great things to say about this company! The food not only tastes great, but the quantity with each meal will keep you fuller longer than any other meal prep company by far! The staff is always very friendly and on top of it. They take great care of their customers and as a certified personal trainer, I will recommend this company to everyone!

The food is simply delicious!

I initially was a little worried that I would not enjoy a structured, healthy meal program but once I started, I immediately loved it. The food is simply delicious!  As a busy lawyer and business owner, I don’t have a lot of extra time for prepping my own meals nor the willpower to trust myself to eat healthy. Gym Rat Foods was the perfect fit for me! Now I can eat healthy, portioned, delicious meals and snacks and I don’t have to shop, cook, or tempt myself with unhealthy food choices. After one cycle of the 1,800 calorie full meal plan, I’ve lost approximately 15 lbs. I feel great too!”

Gourmet meals prepared with thoughtfulness and care

“Wow” is all I can say about Roundabout Meal Prep. I was worried at first because I’m a “foodie” and won’t eat low quality meats / food. I was shocked! The food is super tasty and the meats are high quality. The variety is wonderful. The portions and preparation are done right. These are not “TV dinners;” they are gourmet meals prepared with thoughtfulness and care. I don’t think I would be able to reach my health goals without this service. And, the office folks are amazing and pickup is easy! 100/100 recommend!

Having the meals made my life so easy

I love the meal prep because the portion control keeps me on track and of course the food is delicious. It was a great way to lose my “vacation” weight. My husband likes to eat late and I like to eat early, so having the meals made my life so easy. I would never be able to cook for myself the wide variety of options that I am able to eat with your meal prep.

Best quality, balanced meals

I’ve used Roundabout Meal Prep for almost two years. In the past I would spend a few hours at a time planning, shopping, cooking, portioning and prepping my meals. I am very particular about what I eat and the macros that I need to keep me fueled for my workouts without over or under eating. I found that Roundabout had the best quality and most balanced meals. There are a variety of options to choose from allowing me to switch between meal plans depending on my goals at the time, my preferences and my schedule. For my lifestyle, Roundabout meal prep services has been worth every cent when I look at how much I spent at the store each week and the time it took me to prepare the food I was buying.

– Nicole

I no longer stress about what food to buy or make

Before participating in the Roundabout Meal Prep program, I found myself over buying groceries, wasting food and under eating. Now, I eat a variety of clean, well-balanced meals without hours of prepping or cooking. I no longer stress about what food to buy or make and have more discretionary time.
