Meal Prep

Terms and Conditions – Prior to Signing Up for a Meal Plan

(1) Meals / Subscription Changes.
Changes to meal plans must be made 3 business days in advance of the next meal delivery (Thursday before noon for deliveries on Monday, and Monday before noon for deliveries on Thursday). To make changes to your meal plan, please sign in to your account and click on the “Meal Plan” tab at the top of the page, and then select a meal plan option from one of the categories (GYMRAT, CAVEMAN, SHOWPREP, CHEFDOC).

There is a 4-week minimum commitment for all customers that sign up for a meal plan. If a meal plan is canceled before the 8th delivery, you will not receive a refund, but we can put your meal plan on hold until you are ready to start receiving meals again.

(2) Pauses / Cancellations / Refunds.
Pauses and cancellations must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the next meal delivery (Thursday before noon for deliveries on Monday, and Monday before noon for deliveries on Thursday). After our cutoff time, orders enter the production schedule and are unable to be removed. Refunds will not be issued for meals in production. To pause or cancel your account, please log into your account and click on “Meal Plans,” “Cancel” – “Set Plan to Renew” select “No” and click “Update.” Refunds will not be issued for meals that have been delivered. If you receive a meal in error, we will either replace the meal or refund your account for the price of the meal.

(3) Statement Regarding Food Allergies.
If you have any allergies, you must notify Roundabout Meal Prep prior to making an order. If you are a current customer and discover that you have an allergy, or develop an allergy, you must notify us immediately. Failure to notify Roundabout of new allergies will limit Roundabout Catering’s liability for any and all damages to the cost of the order. Failure to notify us of existing allergies will absolve us of all liability for damages. The eight most common food allergens are as follows: milk, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts (such as almonds, cashews and walnuts), fish (like bass, cod and flounder), shellfish (including crab, lobster and shrimp), soy and wheat. Please be advised that some meals may contain these allergens. If you’re allergic to any of these items, you should know that we prepare foods in our kitchens with these ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your other meals. Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. If you have any food allergies, we advise you to exercise extreme caution when ordering from Roundabout Catering. If you have moderate to severe allergies, we cannot recommend Roundabout Meal Prep for you. GYMRAT/CAVEMAN offers some gluten free meals but these meals are not prepared in a gluten-free facility. If you have any questions regarding your food allergy, please contact our customer service department at 775-747-2090.
