Roundabout Meal Prep
Healthy meal plan services run by a Registered Dietitian with the help of Chef Colin Smith and the Roundabout Catering team.
There are several different product lines to choose from.
-Gym Rat Foods (45% Carbs, 30% Protein, 25% Healthy Fats) Full Meal Plans (3 meals and 2 snacks – 6 days per week) and Lunch & Dinner Plans (2 meals – 5 days per week) available in 4 different Calorie controlled portion sizes (1200, 1800, 2400, and 3000)
-Caveman Cuisine (25% Carbs, 35% Protein, 40% Healthy Fats) Full Meal Plans (3 meals – 6 days per week) and Lunch & Dinner Plans (2 meals – 5 days per week) available in 2 different Calorie controlled portion sizes (1500, 2000)
-Show Prep (40% Protein, 40% Carbs, 20% Fats) 1500 Calorie 6 Day Meal Plan
-ChefDocRx is our medically tailored meal program offered 7 days a week in different portion sizes and macronutrient percentages.
Our meal plans are offered to consumers in the local Reno, Sparks and Carson City areas, and are tailored to those interested in fresh foods and ready-to-eat meals. Our plans are specifically designed with your health goals in mind. We prepare foods twice a week. You can pick up meals at our facility in Sparks, and we also deliver to local gyms and homes within a 10 mile radius of our kitchen (a delivery fee may apply). If you choose delivery, we will deliver your meals on Monday and Thursday mornings, and our food is kept in plastic bins with ice packs to help keep the food chilled.
We have over 285 different meals and snacks on our rotating menu that makes eating healthy and controlling calories completely hassle-free.
