Recipe: Cranberry-Apple Chutney for the Holidays

Here is the recipe for Cranberry-Apple Chutney.
1 lb. Apples, Granny Smith, Raw
2 TONE’S Cinnamon Sticks
2 c. Agave Syrup
2 oz. Ginger Root
.25 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 lb. Cranberries
1 c. Sliced Red Onions
1 pc. Fresh Thyme
Sauté red onions and ginger in olive oil. Sauté 3 minutes. Peel and dice apple, add cranberries and apples to onions. Then add fresh thyme, cinnamon, agave and orange zest and juice and simmer on low for 45 minutes.
