As Seen on Fox 11: Chili Choices For National Chili Day

Chef Colin from Roundabout Grill & Catering joined us in the studio to share a tasty recipe on this chilly day.

In honor of National Chili Day, he shared his take on Bison Chili.

You can use beef, turkey, bison and chicken. You can tun them into chili nachos, tacos and omelets too.

Then you can add all the goodies. Use cajun tortillas you can fry and smash up, lime juice, jalapeños, cilantro, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and green onions. Melissa likes olives!

         

A tip for those on the go: Take your chili and some Doritos smashed up. Put them in a cup for portable chili to go!
