Examples of clean meal prep menu items are:

  • Shrimp, a cauliflower rice, red beans and cajun chicken sausage for dinner.
  • Eggs, summer squash and ground turkey for breakfast.
  • Tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, olives and cucumbers, or a baked pear with coconut flakes, or a chicken breast with pineapple salsa for a snack.
