Chef Colin stopped by Fox 11 Reno to talk about the new menu at Roundabout Grill. The crispy fried chicken thighs and honey butter grits are a tribute to Colin’s southern roots; meshing crunchy and creamy all in one delicious dish to delight any comfort foodie.
He uses honey butter on the grits with a creole mustard jus and also serves the chicken with bacon braised greens. This entree is perfect for the season and just spectacular!
The grilled artichoke hearts, also featured on the newest Roundabout Grill Dinner Menu, and are blanched, then peeled and grilled with a crab salad on top with a lemon citrus beurre blanc and some fresh roasted peppers.
There are 14 different items on the menu with new additions as well as local favorites.
