As Seen on Fox 11: Get Ready for the Big Game

With a little over a week left before the Big Game, one of the questions you might have is what to do for food at your party.

Chef Colin Smith showed us a few recipes, with meats from Sierra Meats and The Sausage Factory — how to make bratwurst, uncured hot dogs, dried cured bacon, chorizo topped with cilantro jalapeno lime slaw.

Tip of the day: Grill or pan sear your sausages and score them by cutting little slits, so they have a little crunch to them.
