As Seen on Fox 11: Chef Colin Smith Whips Up Turkey Jicama Tacos

Peel and slice jicama on a mandolin to make it become a great tortilla (you don’t need to cook it); let it sit for about 30 minutes
Saute ground turkey in garlic, cumin, and any other herbs or spices you’d like to add
Add some cabbage salad, black beans
Puree non-fat yogurt and cilantro, and a touch of cream
Add avocado and squeeze a lime
