Pistachio-Encrusted Salmon Recipe

Take some sourdough breadcrumbs and crushed pistachios
Add fresh thyme and chives
Dust the salmon in your breadcrumb mix and pan-sear
Put in oven at 350-degrees for about 20-25 minutes until cooked
You can also add a little aioli or vinaigrette
Serve with Tandoori Carrots and Roasted Russian Fingerling Potatoes
