As Seen on Fox 11: Ratatouille
Chef Colin highlights this fun, end-of-summer Italian dish on Fox 11 Reno.
Take squash, eggplant, tomatoes, basil, garlic, Italian parsley, bell peppers, EVVO and shrimp (use almost anything you’d like!) to make a delicious vegetable dish.
Chef Colin wrapped some of the shrimp in prosciutto with some parsley, garlic and EVVO, and then added some fresh tomato sauce and a squeeze of lemon juice to top off the ratatouille.
