As Seen on Fox 11: Grilled Moroccan Brochettes
Chef Colin cooks chicken, beef and salmon skewers with a Moroccan spice rub on the grill with Bill Frankmore on Fox 11 Reno.
Add Tandoori spices (e.g. garam masala, garlic, ginger, onion, cayenne pepper or cardamom) or Moroccan Spice Blend to your meat. Alternate your favorite vegetables such as bell peppers and red onion; then add the meat to the skewer. You can easily prep ahead of time and throw these on the grill until they’re ready to enjoy.
