As Seen on Fox 11: Grilled Ahi Tuna
Chef Colin makes grilled fish on Fox Reno, a grade A (aka sushi grade or Saku grade) Ahi tuna to be exact. This dense, steak-like fish is perfect for the late summer, and takes very little time to make!
This was cooked about 4-1/2 minutes. Make a marinade of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, rice wine vinaigrette and lemon juice for your dish.
Toss potatoes, veggies and fish in the same vinaigrette. Grill the fish, pull it off the grill or out of the pan, then finish the potatoes and vegetables. Enjoy!
