As Seen on Fox 11: Flocchini Sausage Dishes with Chef Colin
Chef Colin joined Fox 11 Reno in the studio to show us how to incorporate Paleo-friendly sausage into our dishes.
These are local sausages from the Flocchini Family from Sierra Meat & Seafood, that can be found in most grocery stores around the area, such as in Raley’s and Scolari’s.
They are also the “official hot dog and sausage of the Reno Aces.”
