Do you allow outside Caterers?

Tannenbaum is owned by Roundabout Catering. We have crafted menus for you. We do love our community too! We have partnered with Blend Catering and Liberty Events & Catering should you wish to consult them for their expertise. We simply charge $500 outside catering fee.

 

Do you allow outside alcohol?

We provide a full bar service, however we do offer the option to bring in your own wine, with a $25 corkage fee.

 

How many people can you accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 200 people inside, and 300 people for an outside event.

 

Do you host more than one event at a time? 

We only have one event a day so we can focus on your event!

 

Can I bring my dog?

You can have your pets be a part of your ceremony, as long as they are kept outside. Please plan on someone to depart with your animal post ceremony. We love animals and want to make sure they enjoy your wedding in comfort and not outside all evening.

 

Can we have a rehearsal?

Your one hour rehearsal is included in your venue rental, and takes place the day before your event at noon or 4pm.Your host will coordinate your time with you.

 

What is the rental period?

We have a rental period of 8 hours, and 1 hour rehearsal. Rehearsal dates and times are subject to scheduling around other events taking place around yours.

 

Can I add on time to my rental?

You can add additional hours to your rental for $500 an hour.

 

Do you have seasonal pricing?

Our pricing is consistent year round.

 

What’s the latest my event can go?

The latest your rental period can end is midnight.

 

Can I have my entire event outside?

You can have your entire event outside, however we require an additional $1000 staffing fee to transform the space from ceremony to reception.

 

Where do I get ready?

We have 2 Wedding Suites available to get dressed in and store your belongings. However, we recommend that you have your hair and makeup done off site.

 

What’s included in my rental?

Tables, ceremony and reception chairs, table linens and napkins, dancefloor, ceremony arch, use of wedding suites, set up and break down of a fore mentioned items.

 

Are Decorations Included?

We do not offer decorations, however we do offer an extensive list of Rentals. Check them out here.

 

What color linens are included?

White and Black Linens are included. If you would like to have an upgraded linen, visit our showroom to check out our extensive offerings.

 

What tables are included?

We have 5ft round tables, 6ft rectangular tables, cocktail tables and additional size tables available upon request.

 

Am I required to use your vendors?

We do have a preferred vendor list, however you can bring in other vendors with prior approval from the venue manager.

 

Do you allow Candles?

We do allow candles, as long as they are enclosed in glass.

 

Do you allow sparklers?

We do not allow sparklers due to Washoe County Fire Code.

 

Do you allow confetti?

We do not allow confetti or glitter.

 

Can we toss rose petals?

As long as they are real and not synthetic, you can have them outside.

 

Are you handicap accessible?

Our Building and lawn are handicap accessible.
