All Menus below are subject to change.  Call for any specific questions or dietary concerns.

Our Lunch and Dinner Ingredients are mostly gluten free and dairy free. The only grains used are quinoa and brown rice.  Our sauces and spices are gluten free and mostly homemade.  Corn tortillas are used sparingly in lunches and dinners.  Any lunch or dinner containing dairy may be requested dairy-free.  The only dairy used for lunches and dinners is occasional fat free half & half, as well as feta cheese.   Lunches and dinners may be requested gluten free, although we are not a gluten free facility.  Our breakfasts and snacks may include oatmeal and whey protein; they cannot be requested 100% gluten or dairy free, because of those ingredients.  Calorie and macro counts below are based on our 1200 calories per day meal plan option. Gym Rat meal plans include breakfast, am snack, lunch, pm snack, and dinner each day equaling 1200, 1800, 2400, or 3000 calories per day.
