Registered Dietitian Services at Roundabout Meal Prep

Working with a Registered Dietitian can help you achieve your goals using the best recommendations for you based on their personal experience, the latest in nutrition research and your current values.  A Registered Dietitian is the only nutrition professional recognized by the medical industry trained to deliver evidence-based information to their clients.

Roundabout Meal Prep is run by a Registered Dietitian to ensure the meals are healthy and meet strict criteria for providing you with results.  Registered Dietitians are the food experts in the United States, obtaining a 4 year-degree, a 1,600 hour internship, and having to pass an exam on food and nutrition.  This translates to providing you with the most up-to-date nutrition information, experience and clinical judgment to help you meet your goals as sustainable as possible.  We care about you and your health goals, so we decided that in order to really help you reach your weight loss and health goals in 2019, we would do a better job of letting you know what services we offer to our current customers completely FREE.

Goal setting – Nutrition and Macronutrient needs assessment

Setting goals is the most important first step in achieving your health goals, because it gives us something to shoot for.  Everyone has a different reason for doing our meal prep service, and if your goal is to look, perform or feel better, we will help you get there.  With our goal setting assessment, we will look at where you are currently, where you want to be and how long you want it to take to get there.  We will then decide on the right nutrition and macronutrient needs for your body to achieve this goal, safely, sustainably and without needless effort.  We will then break down the needs, and see where RAMP meals fit in, and where we need to supplement to ensure you are on track and can stay on track.

Nutrition coaching – Habit-based and lifestyle driven coaching appointments

Your goals and needs require action, and our team knows how to plan for the right action for the right goals.  Our Dietitian will be your accountability partner to help you make the necessary lifestyle changes and create a habit around eating in a way that helps you achieve your goals.  Having an accountability partner, or someone that follows up on the goals and needs you have set is often the difference between achieving your goals now versus 10 years from now.  We will schedule regular follow up appointments with you to follow up on the habit-based recommendations assigned to you.

Progress measurements – Circumference measurements, body fat percentage measurement, muscle mass percentage measurement

As part of our needs assessment, follow ups and coaching, we offer a way to track progress using a bioelectrical impedance scale and circumference measurements.  By taking regular measurements, we can see if the plan is working or if there is a change that needs to be made.  Everyone’s body and metabolism is different, and because of that, we need to see what works and what doesn’t for each individual.  Doing measurements allows the Dietitian and the individual to see how nutrition and habit-based coaching affects the shape and size of their body.  This all translates into helping the individual control their body shape and size for the rest of their life.

All Dietitian services are 100% FREE when signed up for a meal plan.  Meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as needed.  Follow ups can be: in-person, over the phone, e-mail, or text messages.

When not signed up for a meal plan, services are billed in 15 minute increments at $31.25 each.
